Private Advisory · By Application Only

You built the life. Now make sure you can live in it.

Navsa & Co. is a twelve-month private advisory practice for founders, executives, and people who solve everyone else's problems for a living. It's built for the specific moment when the achievement is real but something underneath it has quietly stopped working.

You Might Recognise This

"I'm not in crisis. I'm just not sure the version of me running this life is one I chose on purpose anymore."

You are not looking for permission to slow down. You tried that, and it didn't stick. You are looking for someone competent enough to work with the actual shape of your life: the responsibility, the visibility, the people depending on you. Not a version of wellbeing built for someone with fewer of those things.

The Philosophy

Success was never the problem. The cost of how you got there might be.

Navsa & Co. works from one premise: the habits, instincts, and self-neglect that built your success are not automatically the habits that let you keep it, or enjoy it. This isn't about doing less. It's about rebuilding the structure underneath the achievement so it can actually hold your life, not just your business.

01

Medicine before strategy

Most executive advice starts with strategy. We start with the body. Forty-three years of family medicine behind the room means physical health is never separated from performance the way it is everywhere else.

02

Identity beyond output

When your worth has been tied to performance for twenty years, "rest" reads as a threat. We work directly with that, not around it, because willpower alone won't hold against it.

03

Meaning, examined honestly

Questions of purpose and perspective are treated as serious personal work: not dogma, not a sales pitch, and not clinical treatment. What you take from it is yours to decide.

The Practice

What twelve months actually looks like

Structured enough to hold you accountable. Private enough that it never feels like being managed.

  • A private diagnostic conversation before anything is agreed. This determines fit in both directions, not just yours.
  • A fixed weekly session with Dr. Navsa, held at the same time each week: protected, non-negotiable, yours.
  • A private working group of a small number of people at a comparable level of responsibility, for the weeks a single conversation isn't enough.
  • Direct access between sessions for the moments that can't wait a week, within stated response-time boundaries.
  • A quarterly life review, not a KPI review. Health, relationships, meaning, and business, assessed together, not separately.
  • A weekly open session, public and free, where Dr. Navsa works through real questions live. It's the practice's public face and your lowest-friction way to see the fit before applying.

For Organisations

A leadership team performing at its ceiling is rarely made up of people quietly running on empty

The work Dr. Navsa does with individual founders and executives extends, by request, to the organisations they run. Not a workshop. Not a training module delivered once and filed away. A programme, co-designed around your team, built on the same premise as the individual practice: physical health, identity, and meaning are not separate from performance, they are the infrastructure it runs on.

  • Every person can see the investment, specifically, not just their output. That visibility is not a soft benefit, it's the mechanism the rest of the results depend on.
  • Co-designed, not templated. No two leadership teams are carrying the same thing, so no two programmes look the same.
  • Three, six, or twelve months, structured around your organisation's actual timeline, not a fixed curriculum.
  • The same physician's grounding behind the individual practice: forty-three years of family medicine, applied to how a team under real pressure actually performs.

Dr. Maryam Navsa

General Practitioner (GP) M.Fam.Med (Family Medicine) Certified Life Coach (ICF Accredited) 43 Years in Practice

Dr. Navsa has practised family medicine for 43 years and holds a Master's degree in Family Medicine alongside a certified life coaching qualification (Arfeen Khan method, ICF-accredited). A physician's grounding means the physical and the psychological are treated as one conversation, not two separate referrals.

The story behind the practice

Before Navsa & Co. existed as a practice, one could say the book was its first form, in many ways. Overcoming Shame, Blame and Pain: A Tale of Two Souls is Dr. Navsa's own account of walking her family through addiction and out the other side, telling her story alongside her son-in-law's, not as a case study but as the people living it.

As the book itself puts it, this is the story of two people who journeyed through the cycle of shame, blame and pain together: one with a seemingly successful life as a doctor, the other struggling with drug addiction, and of what it took for both to rise above it. The same understanding sits behind every session at Navsa & Co., not theory borrowed from a textbook, but something learned the hard way, inside one family, first.

"This book is a humble dedication to the journey of all souls, which I will always strive to honour. It is for those struggling with the pain of shame and blame, particularly those battling with drug addiction."

Before You Apply

What people usually ask first

Is this therapy?

No. This is a private advisory practice for people managing a level of responsibility that most support structures aren't built for. Where something needs clinical attention, that is named directly and referred appropriately, never absorbed into this practice instead.

Is this for executive burnout?

Often, yes, though it rarely announces itself that way. Most people who apply aren't in crisis. They're functioning, successful, and quietly aware that the version of themselves running their life isn't sustainable. That's the pattern this practice is built for, not a diagnosis, a pattern.

How is this different from a business coach?

A business coach optimises the business. This practice starts from the person running it, on the premise that a business run by someone quietly running on empty eventually shows it.

Is Dr. Navsa a licensed medical doctor?

Yes. She is a General Practitioner with 43 years in family medicine, alongside a certified, ICF-accredited life coaching qualification. This practice draws on both, but it is an advisory practice, not a medical service. Clinical needs are referred appropriately.

What does it cost?

Set during the private consultation, based on the structure of the twelve-month practice. It is priced as a serious, sustained commitment, not a single session or a short course.

This starts with one private conversation.

Not a sales call. A genuine, confidential conversation about where things actually stand, for you to assess fit as much as the reverse.
